Hey Barbara, I've found that setting clear boundaries and having a solid routine really helps... During the school day, I focus on my students' needs and stick to the schedule as much as possible, which helps me stay on track. At home, I carve out specific times to help my kids with their schoolwork (my phone is on mute when I'm with my kids). I set aside 30 minutes after dinner for homework check-ins. I use checklists for both my classroom duties and my kids' assignments so I don’t forget anything. I will also say this... always ask your colleagues at school for help if you need it. It works both ways 😊
