Multi-Child Homeschool Weekly Planner
Written by Adi Ackerman, Head Teacher
"Multi-Child Homeschool Weekly Planner" is written for Preschool to 5th Grade (Ages 4-11). Children a grade either side can use it too: younger ones with an adult reading it aloud, older ones as a quick refresher.

Multi-child homeschool weekly planner for Pre-K to 5th: plan up to 3 children side by side, Monday to Friday, with a together time row. 1 page. Part of our homeschool planners collection.
How do I use this resource?
Plan shared subjects like science, history and read-alouds in the Together time row, then fill in each child's own math and reading. Seeing every child on one page helps you spot days that are too full.
What students will practice
- Helps homeschool families plan the year, the month, the week and the day in one consistent set of pages.
- Keeps records many families need: attendance, hours, grades, reading logs and portfolio work samples.
- Lets older children track their own assignments and reading, building independence.

FAQ
How do I use the Multi-Child Homeschool Weekly Planner?
⌄
Plan shared subjects like science, history and read-alouds in the Together time row, then fill in each child's own math and reading. Seeing every child on one page helps you spot days that are too full.
What is the Multi-Child Homeschool Weekly Planner?
⌄
A one-page weekly planner for homeschooling up to 3 children. Each child has a column with a name line, Monday to Friday rows run across, and a Together time row holds the lessons you teach to everyone at once.
Can I use the Multi-Child Homeschool Weekly Planner at home and in the classroom?
⌄
Yes. We made it for Preschool to 5th Grade homeschool planning, and it works the same at home or at school. Families print it for one child and keep it where they will use it every day. Teachers print a copy per student or one for the whole room, whichever the day needs.
What planning pages are included?
⌄
Thirty resources in four groups: planners (weekly, monthly, yearly, daily, multi-child, lesson, field trip and goals), trackers (attendance, reading log, grades, hours, books read, assignments, a report card and a progress report), portfolio pages (a cover, subject dividers, work sample records, a year in review and more), and a pacing guide for each grade from kindergarten to 5th.
Which grades do the planners work for?
⌄
The planners, trackers and portfolio pages work for any grade from Pre-K to 5th, and teachers can use them too. The pacing guides are written for one grade each, from kindergarten to 5th.
Are the monthly planners dated?
⌄
No. Each month page, August to July, has a blank grid with a small box in each cell to write the date, so the planner works for any year.
Can these pages help with record keeping?
⌄
Yes. The attendance tracker counts 180 school days, the hours log records instruction hours by subject, and the grade tracker, report card, progress report and work sample records build a portfolio. Rules differ by state, so check what your state asks families to keep.
How are the pacing guides organized?
⌄
Each guide splits the year into four 9-week quarters, with a year at a glance and then math, reading and writing, and science and social studies quarter by quarter, built from the skills ClassWeekly has resources for at that grade.
