5th Grade Decimals Division Worksheets
Ages 10-11 · 17 sub-topics · Free previews · Print-ready PDFs
These fifth grade decimal division worksheets develop two core skills: dividing a decimal by a whole number using the standard algorithm and dividing a whole number to produce a decimal quotient (CCSS 5.NBT.B.7). Students practice placing the decimal point in the quotient by aligning it with the dividend, appending decimal zeros to continue division, and rounding quotients to specified decimal places. Division by powers of ten (moving the decimal point left) is practiced as both a computation strategy and a conceptual bridge to place value.
