Frequently Asked Questions

O is a very round letter with a slightly tricky sound. Your child traces and writes uppercase O and lowercase o, both started at the top and curved around to the left, then circles every O and o in a letter box. The beginning sounds page has an octopus, an owl and an otter, and "O is for octopus" asks them to name pictures and trace Oo. In kindergarten, an orange stars on the letter recognition page, next to a tracing page. First graders get an O word search. A cursive O comes later, around 3rd grade, and the practice row adds missing-letter and matching pages. Answer keys are included for several pages.
