What does this worksheet teach?
⌄
"Which one is healthier?" (circle it) has four rows, each with a picture and two or three choices, and the child circles the one that fits. The rows are apple or candy bar, water or soda, carrot or chips and milk or milkshake. It practices telling healthy foods from treats and naming fruits and vegetables. An answer key is included.
Can I use this healthy foods worksheet for homeschool or classroom?
⌄
Yes, both. We made it for Preschool food and nutrition, and the page works the same whether it lands on a kitchen table or a center rotation. At home, most families go through it together and talk the answers out loud, and that talking is where most of the learning happens with healthy foods. In class it runs well as independent work while you pull a small group. Print one copy or thirty, whichever the day needs.

Does my child need to know how to write for these healthy foods worksheets?
⌄
No. Most pages ask children to circle, trace, match, color, or cut and paste, and a few ask for a single number. A grown-up can read the instructions aloud, so children do not need to read yet.
