FAQ

How do I use the Snowman Mix and Match Puzzles?

⌄

Cut on the dashed lines and mix up the strips from all four pages. Children build silly snowmen and count how many different ones they can make.

What are the Snowman Mix and Match Puzzles?

⌄

Four pages with three snowmen each. Every snowman has a hat and head, a middle and a bottom to cut into strips. The first two pages are in color and the last two are outlines to color, so the same six snowmen come in both versions.

Can I use the Snowman Mix and Match Puzzles at home and in the classroom?

⌄

Yes. We made it for Kindergarten to 2nd Grade holiday activities, and it works the same at home or at school. Families print it for one child and keep it where they will use it every day. Teachers print a copy per student or one for the whole room, whichever the day needs.

How many Kindergarten to 2nd Grade snow and winter resources are there?

⌄

13 printable resources, all free to preview. There are 41 Snow and Winter resources in all, from Preschool to 5th Grade, gathered on our Snow and Winter activities page. Downloads are included with a ClassWeekly free trial, and every page prints on standard 8.5 x 11 paper.

What age are snow and winter resources for?

⌄

These are written for Kindergarten to 2nd Grade students, roughly ages 5-8. Many teachers also use them a grade up for review or a grade down as an extension, so use the preview to judge the fit for a particular child.

Can I use these snow and winter resources for homeschool?

⌄

Yes. Nothing here assumes a classroom of 25, so they work the same one-to-one at the kitchen table as they do in a Kindergarten to 2nd Grade classroom, a learning center, or a tutoring session.
