⌄
Print on card stock. Color and cut out both wheels, cut out the gray window, then push a brad through the center dots so children can turn the wheel and retell each step.
What is The Snow Cycle Spinner Wheel?
⌄
Two pages. The bottom wheel has four sections: 1. Evaporation, 2. Condensation, 3. Snow Crystals and 4. Precipitation, each with a short sentence and picture. The top wheel reads "The Snow Cycle", has a gray window to cut out and a name line.
Can I use The Snow Cycle Spinner Wheel at home and in the classroom?
⌄
Yes. We made it for Kindergarten to 2nd Grade holiday activities, and it works the same at home or at school. Families print it for one child and keep it where they will use it every day. Teachers print a copy per student or one for the whole room, whichever the day needs.
How many Kindergarten to 2nd Grade snow and winter resources are there?
⌄
13 printable resources, all free to preview. There are 41 Snow and Winter resources in all, from Preschool to 5th Grade, gathered on our Snow and Winter activities page. Downloads are included with a ClassWeekly free trial, and every page prints on standard 8.5 x 11 paper.
What age are snow and winter resources for?
⌄
These are written for Kindergarten to 2nd Grade students, roughly ages 5-8. Many teachers also use them a grade up for review or a grade down as an extension, so use the preview to judge the fit for a particular child.
Can I use these snow and winter resources for homeschool?
⌄
Yes. Nothing here assumes a classroom of 25, so they work the same one-to-one at the kitchen table as they do in a Kindergarten to 2nd Grade classroom, a learning center, or a tutoring session.
