Feelings Word Cards

Cut the cards apart and keep them in a small box for morning meeting. Pull one card, read the question and let two or three children answer. They also work as a check-in tool: a child can point to a card when the words are hard to find. At home, pick a card at dinner and everyone shares an answer. Quick tip: act out the face on the card first, then name it.
