Weathering, erosion and deposition reshape Earth's surface, and rock layers record the order in which past events happened. These weathering and rock layers pages hold 2 6th grade worksheets, each with an answer key. Weathering, Erosion and Deposition has students complete a chart and classify eight events. Rock Layers and Relative Age has students use superposition and cross-cutting relationships to order six layers, a fault and an intrusion. The sheets carry MS-ESS2-2 and MS-ESS1-4.
