6th Grade From Cells to Organisms Worksheets

Ages 11-12 · Free previews · Print-ready PDFs

Written by Adi Ackerman, Head Teacher

Living things are built from cells, and organisms differ in how many cells they have and how those cells are organized. These two 6th grade worksheets, each with an answer key, start with one cell or many and end with the whole organism. Unicellular and Multicellular Organisms has students sort 12 organisms using a fact list, and Levels of Organization has them order the levels from cell to organism and sort human and plant examples. The sheets practice MS-LS1-1 and MS-LS1-3.
