6th Grade Cells Worksheets

Ages 11-12 · Free previews · Print-ready PDFs

Written by Adi Ackerman, Head Teacher

A cell is the smallest unit of life, and organelles are the parts inside it that do special jobs. These cells worksheets hold six 6th grade sheets, each with an answer key. Label the Animal Cell and Label the Plant Cell pair a diagram with the job of each part, Organelles and Their Jobs compares a cell to a school, and Cell Theory follows five scientists from Hooke in 1665 to Virchow in 1855. Using a Microscope teaches the parts of a compound microscope and total magnification, and the labeling and comparing sheets practice MS-LS1-2.
